"Anyone can take pictures when out & about in the great outdoors, but not everyone can capture the true magnificence & beauty of nature at it's finest. Your ability to capture every aspect of the beauty we are surrounded with and seldom recognize or appreciate is a true gift." Mandy
My name is Tracey and I am a Canadian wildlife and landscape photographer living in a small town in the Rocky Mountains of British Columbia Canada.
From a young age I have always seen the world in a different way. Colors, light, shadows, angles... Nature and animals fascinated me. I could sit in a field for hours and watch insects crawl around, birds flutter from limb to limb or a deer or moose wander through sitting quietly so as to not disturb them.
In my spare time as well as taking photos of the amazing areas and animals around me, I volunteer with the South Rockies Grizzly Research Project and check remote game cameras in the back country around Elkford for animal research.
